Conversation with a Therapist
Step into a calming experience designed to nurture your mind and spirit. Begin with a short grounding exercise to center yourself, followed by a guided conversation with a licensed therapist about personal growth, wellness, and reflection. Then, roll your own beeswax candle β a hands-on, repetitive, meditative process β to symbolize the βlight of your truth.β Close with a gratitude practice, leaving with a beautiful candle and renewed clarity for the year ahead.
