New year, new me; A nature-based vision board party

Nature is home. It's calling us. In the new year, we'll have new goals and aspirations. Let's put nature as part of our goals.

Come and be in community with likeminded folks on January 28, 2024 from 10am to 12:45pm at the Genesee Valley Field House located at 1316 Genesee St, Rochester, NY, 14611 while doing yoga, creating terrariums, and building a vision board, that you can keep in your house, cementing your goals in how you want to connect with nature in the new year. You'll also walk out with your own terrariums, a nature-based journal to help you in your exploration journey, and more!

Let's embark on a journey of exploration along The Thomas R. Frey Trail at El Camino, and experience the hidden gems that await those willing to embrace such a traveled path that some shy away from in the heart of the beautiful city of Rochester, NY.

Every Saturday Morning beginning the first Saturday in Feb 2024

Expect: Walking short and long distances, Story telling, weeding, planting, and more!
